The Oshkosh Arena, home of the Milwaukee Bucks' G-League affiliate Wisconsin Herd in Oshkosh, Wis., has been listed for sale online, according to several area news outlets.

According to WHBY radio in Kimberly, arena owner Fox Valley Pro Basketball does not list a price for the arena, which opened in 2017. FVPB declared bankruptcy in 2021, and was allowed to write off most of its debts, WHBY reported, adding that FVPB has already sold the tax incremental financing payments from the city to a private entity.

The listing does promote the arenaā€™s lease with the Herd through 2026, including a two-year option after that. It also notes that there is a managment contract with the Oak View Group for the next 10 years, and claims that promotional and sponsorship contracts are in place that would generate up to $8-million in revenue.

Green Bay's ABC affiliate WBAY reported that the listing on LoopNet, a commercial real estate marketplace indicates that FVPB has retained Young America Capital, SFT Realty, and Main Line Executive Realty to manage the sale of the arena, which has also hosted concerts and other events.

According to WLUK, the FOX affiliate in Green Bay, The Oshkosh Arena ā€” an 80,000-square-foot venue that seats 4,600 for concerts ā€” has been riddled with various issues since its opening seven years ago. including being shut down briefly last summer due to fire code violations.
