Hello, thanks in advance if someone can respond to my question. I just took over the marketing for a hotel in Portland that has two universities nearby. They want to offer discounts and go after the group business of competing teams, but it's a vertical they have never pursued before. My question is, who at a university typically makes travel decisions and books the hotel rooms? The athletic director of the specific sport? Someone higher up or in a different department?
