At present, that technology does not exist. However, in Europe, there has been some promising developments with illuminated game lines for different sports. Similiar to turning on a light switch, pick the sport your playing, turn on the switch, and only the appropriate game lines are illuminated.
Unfortunately, it is very expensive and not available in the states as of yet. The formulator of Robbins Pulastic (Descol Kunststof Chemie) actually won a very prestigious European award for this application.

Gerflor Taraflex does it. You have to talk to the right people at the company. We've done it for Night Tennis in Europe. Also, Gerflor has put on a number of fassion shows in Paris and Lyon where UV light is used.

You are in New Zealand? http://www.gerflor.com.au/

Go to YouTube and type in Night Tennis. http://youtu.be/DZ6Qg0ABaNk

Same goes for what the Robbins guy says about game lines turned on with a switch. It is coming but not to the USA yet. I've seen it and I don't see where people are going to afford it. It doesn't work with a risky current so it will be safe.

I don't think the technology will ever come to wood floors (note the MFMA person's comment). With wood you have to put a urethane top coat and I think that will interfere with these systems.
