I'm looking for suggestions on electronic swipe card access systems for fitness facilities that are easy to use and relatively inexpenisve to implement.

I'm looking at converting a small facility to a 24 hour access centre. I would need an electronic swipe card access system as well as panic buttons and video surveilence systems. Any suggestions would be helpful.
