Job Description
Corporate Fitness Works is seeking a Center Director for a corporate fitness facility in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Center supervision and operations
Full-time and part-time staff scheduling
Budgets, statistics and reporting
Center program planning and development
Exercise testing and prescription
Group Exercise class instruction
Equipment maintenance
Required Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Office and email skills
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
2-3 years experience in fitness industry, 1 year supervisory experience
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
