This position requires employment of 5 days a week, Sunday (9am – 5pm) and Monday thru Thursday (12pm – 8pm) and may change depending on different seasons. with availability seven days per week and weekends.
Salary: TBD and membership to the JCC of Greater Rochester, NY
Qualifications: Exemplary customer service skills and a proven sales experience and background. Successful candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Management and/ Exercise Science related field, or a minimum of 3 years experience in fitness/wellness operations and sales. Applicant must have a valid personal training certification, and CPR certified. Applicant must be able to work well under pressure, independently and also with others. Applicant must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of various computer programs and different social medias. Must also have the ability to manage project goals and expectations, anticipate problems, plan contingencies, evaluate results, and provide focused feedback, on time .
