Hi there; We are using a software system called Book King....It is very affordable and there are two components to the program there is the programming side - which can be used if you have programs at your facility or the scheduling module for all of your facilities. Itis a great sytem with very little set up costs. Our current cost is approximately $ 275.00 / month for both components. You can choose only one module if you wish. I would like to hear from anyone who has updated software package within last 12 months and if they are happy with their selection. We have 4 clubs that have 24 hour a day unmanned access with about 10,000 total members. We are considering hosted application as we currently have desktop. If anyone has any possitive or negative experience with any providers I would appreciate the information. Thanks.
