Agganis Arena is seeking an innovative, detail-orientated, self-motivated and organized candidate to lead our Sales department. Opened in 2005, Agganis Arena is a 6000 seat arena that is home to BU Athletics and hosts a wide variety of concerts, family shows, and other special events. The Arena has been ranked in the top 10 for venues of its size.

The position will be directly responsible for the sales, service, accounting, billing/collections, reporting, client relationship building and contract fulfillment of all premium seat, suite, season ticket and sponsorship programs for Agganis Arena. Responsible for providing front-line customer service to premium seat, suite and sponsors in support of the Arena revenue plan by developing and executing all sales-related initiatives. Responsible for hiring, training, and daily supervision of two full time account executives. This position is eligible for sales commissions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
7-10 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry
Knowledge of Salesforce, Fastbook and Ticketmaster Archtics software a plus
Must be able to work night and weekend events
