Ray - I may be a bit late to your request, but CushionFall Sport is a great solution for rubber infill. www.cushionfallsport.com TTI also carries the material if you've already been in contact with them.

With the heat in AZ you really should consider an infill with Infra-red reflection or heat reduction properties. I think Polytan has something called CoolPlus infill. They also have actual turf also under the CoolPlus heading that has the same IR reflection properties if you need a complete system. They have had this for a number of years in Europe and some places in the Middle East and Northern Africa I think but you could probably get it here too. Europe is always several years ahead when it comes to turf ideas but I think some North American companies may be introducing something similar soon. I believe Fieldturf has a heat reduction coating that just became available now too... however I am not sure they have anything for the infill. You may want to check it out. Hope that helps a bit.
