ActivMotion manufactures and sells its patented ActivMotion Bars and delivers its supplemental ActivMotion Training™ education to fitness professionals and exercise enthusiasts all over the world.
ActivMotion Bars are hollow and partially filled with rolling steel weights that move in a gentle fluid-‐like manner within the bar.
