Founded in 1964, H&C - formerly with the Sports Inc. Buying Group - is one of the most respected team sports distributorships in the Northeastern United States. The acquisition - BSN Sports' sixth in the past 12 months - highlights the company's expanding geographic footprint throughout the country and commitment to a strong local presence in the Northeastern United States.
