Source; Med-Fit/NautilusMay 22, 2012, Fallbrook, CA --- Med-Fit Systems, Inc., manufacturer of Nautilus® commercial fitness and SportKAT balance assessment products continues its streak of creating more American jobs by deepening its market penetration both domestically and internationally. Today the company released news of a recently signed agreement with Fitness World, a preeminent distributor in India. The deal, solidified at April's international FIBO trade show in Germany dubs industry leader Fitness World as India's exclusive distributor of Nautilus® commercial fitness equipment. In exchange for the designation Fitness World will buy several millions of dollars worth of American-made Nautilus® commercial fitness equipment.

Dinesh Kapoor, Managing Director of Fitness World India, commented, "The combined strength of Nautilus® and Fitness World will change the fitness equipment landscape in India by setting new benchmarks of excellence. The biomechanically correct equipment of Nautilus® and market reach of Fitness World as a leader will make a formidable force in the Indian market. The market is maturing and we are happy that we will be contributing to a great change in the Indian market."

News of the Indian distribution agreement is on the heels of last month's announcement by Med-Fit Systems/Nautilus® regarding a similar multi-million dollar deal with Chinese mega-distributor, AeroTop. Previous to that, Med-Fit Systems, Inc. announced incredible sales gains and company expansion for 2011, which resulted in the addition of 11 new employees in the third quarter of 2011 and 10 new American jobs added in the first quarter of 2012. Nautilus® commercial fitness has long demonstrated a dedication to creating American jobs by proudly manufacturing and shipping their equipment from their facility in Independence, VA.

Med-Fit/Nautilus® is the largest private employer in the county of Grayson, Virginia.

On this newest international distribution deal, Juergen Kopf, Vice President of International Sales and Marketing noted, "We are delighted about our new partnership with Fitness World in India. Fitness World's extensive infrastructure throughout India and market penetration at all levels will assure us of full coverage in one of the world's most promising emerging markets."

Med-Fit Systems CEO, Dean Sbragia, recently commented on the company's substantial strides in export business, "It's truly a unique situation in the commercial fitness industry. Since the acquisition of the Nautilus® commercial division, we have spent the past two years bringing all of our commercial products from overseas to our Virginia manufacturing facilities, and now we will be doing a good deal of business... this time from a supplier perspective."

In 2010, Med-Fit Systems, a twenty-four year old physical therapy and senior care products provider, acquired the commercial fitness equipment division from Nautilus®, Inc. Since that acquisition the company has resurrected the iconic American brand and has seen profit each quarter in commercial fitness equipment sales. Med-Fit Systems has enjoyed 24 straight years of profit, since inception. Credited, in part, with the widening of Nautilus' appeal and the revitalization of the Nautilus® brand has been non-stop innovation and expansion in the commercial catalog of products.
