Seasoned Denver Sales and Operations Executive to Drive Strategy for Fast-Growing Tech Company
DENVER—Sept. 28, 2016—MuscleSound®, a Denver-based technology company that helps users optimize performance levels and reduce injury risk through MuscleHealth® and body composition measurements, today announced the appointment of Erika Simon as Director of Operations. In her role, Simon will be responsible for leading MuscleSound’s strategic operations, driving revenue through targeted business development and managing client portfolio growth and retention.
Simon brings nearly 20 years of experience with direct sales, operational excellence and successful customer relationship management to MuscleSound, with most of her career spent within the Denver technology scene. Prior to joining MuscleSound, Simon held leadership roles as Director of Business Development for VOX Network Solutions, a provider of solutions and services to enterprise businesses, where she led and managed two lines of business—Microsoft and the business to business channel. Simon also had various management level roles with several start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike.

In addition to her corporate experience Simon is active in many areas of the Denver community. She serves on the board of Denver Pet Partners and actively volunteers with her teammate Puck (English Cream Golden Retriever). Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from University of Vermont and an MBA in Marketing from University of Denver. “MuscleSound is a dynamic company, with an incredible team and cutting edge technology,” said Erika Simon. “I’m thrilled to join the team and confident that my mix of marketing, sales and operational experience as well as knowledge of the Denver tech space will add much value to the fast-growing business.”
