Sink Combs Dethlefs, a nationally recognized architectural firm headquartered in Denver, is pleased to announce the promotion of two long-time employees, Lindsey Peckinpaugh and Lee Sterrett, to Associate Principal.  Lindsey and Lee have 15 and 18 years with the firm respectively.  They were both actively involved in one of the largest and most successful projects ever completed by the Sink Combs Dethlefs the PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  The project includes a 10,000 seat arena and a hotel that are part of a one million square foot mixed used development.

Lindsey Peckinpaugh's technical ability and attention to detail make her outstanding at managing complex sports facility projects. During her tenure with Sink Combs Dethlefs, Lindsey has managed a variety of sports projects throughout the country. In addition to the PPL Center, some of her other notable projects include the 6,000 seat Independence Events Center in Independence, Missouri, and the new 70,000 square-foot West Chicago ARC (Athletics, Recreation, Community) Center.  In 2008, Lindsey successfully undertook the challenge of opening and growing Sink Combs Dethlefs' Chicago office, for which she leads the management and business development efforts. Lindsey graduated with honors from Ball State University, receiving Bachelors in both Architecture and Environmental Design.

During his almost two decades with Sink Combs Dethlefs, Lee Sterrett has completed more than 25 sports and recreation projects, ranging from collegiate athletic facilities to multipurpose arenas. Lee's remarkable team management skills were a key factor in the success of the PPL Center project in Allentown, Pennsylvania and his involvement in sports projects include many award winning and LEED certified facilities.  He played a vital role in the highly successful University of New Mexico PIT Arena Renovation, which transformed the venue into a modern arena while maintaining the intimidating and intimate setting.  He also led the development of the recently completed 115,000 square foot NFL Denver Broncos Indoor Practice Facility. Currently, Lee is managing the renovation of the Portland State University Stott Center in Oregon. Lee graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor in Architecture.
