IRVINE, Calif., September 20, 2013 - Star Trac, a leader in developing advanced equipment for the fitness industry, is pleased to announce that industry veteran Mike Kelly has joined Star Trac. In addition to driving direct sales at fitness centers in the US, Kelly will be playing a key role on the management team setting strategy and direction for the future of the Star Trac brand.

Mike Kelly has more than 22 years of sales management and operations experience in the fitness industry. Most recently, Kelly served as the Senior Director of North American sales for Cybex International where he managed the entire direct sales force and spearheaded the creation of the US sales plan that drove revenue beyond plan. Prior to Cybex, Kelly had success as the National Sales Manager at Star Trac, directing day-to-day sales operations and managing the entire US-based direct sales force.

Mike holds a Masters in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida. He is currently residing in Georgia with Allison, his wife of 23 years and their three children.
