The Denver Broncos needed an indoor practice facility that would allow them to practice continuously through all elements of the unpredictable Colorado weather. The franchise also desired additional training, retail and media/studio space for operations and amenities to support the droves of fans who come out to support the team during open practices. The Denver Broncos Football Club and Dove Valley Business Park Associates filed applications to amend the Dove Valley master plan to allow for expansion to the west of the current training facility.

The new field house triples the amount of indoor practice turf and gives the team ample space to train and practice. The new facility includes a full-size practice field, training facilities, hospitality spaces, media facilities and amenities for fans attending training camp.
