The Little Elm Athletic Complex rises prominently off the prairie at the entrance to the city of Little Elm and serves as a reflection of this growing community?s progressive personality.

As an important facet of Little Elm Independent School District?s athletics tradition, track and field is a focal point of the athletic complex. Rarely do high school track and field facilities allow spectators to view several events simultaneously. However, from any seat in the athletic complex fans are able to see every field event, including pole vault, shot put, discus and all jumps. Views are exceptional from a state-ofthe-art hospitality suite located on the second level of a three-story press box.

The experience is enhanced with new-generation photo-finish technology controlled by press box computers. Runners are not only timed with precision, but within seconds spectators and competitors can view the captured image of an event?s finish on the stadium?s 15-by-20-foot video display/scoreboard.

Great lengths were taken to accommodate event participants, as well. Amenities include a fast synthetic track surface and a football field featuring the latest generation of synthetic turf.
