Tim

Prescott Valley, AZ
Construction Cost: $22.4 million
Occupancy Date: November 2006

Tim?s Toyota Center is the only arena of its size between Las Vegas and Phoenix, and serves as Northern Arizona?s lone sports and entertainment venue. While most event centers are recognized by their grand facade and bright lights, Tim?s Toyota Center is an example of what a design and construction team can achieve without a big budget.

Tim?s Toyota Center is of southwestern style and connects aesthetically to the city of Prescott Valley and the neighboring Prescott Valley Entertainment District. The warm, earth-toned exterior forms are accented with tan trim and stone masonry columns. Dark-brown iron balconies and curved canopies frame the three entries.

First- and second-floor windows let light into the concourses during the day and display fan interaction to those passing by in the evening. Among the two-story, 137,000-squarefoot arena?s amenities are 24 luxury suites (including two party suites), 400 club seats and parking for 3,000 vehicles. The facility is designed to host a variety of events including the Central Hockey League?s Arizona Sundogs, concerts, ice shows, arena football, motocross, rodeos, conventions and trade shows.
