Snow Removal
Is there a product on the market that will hasten the melting of snow on a rubber in-filled turf (Field Turf) field? Plowing is our first option, but have lots of fields to do.
Thanks

Slippery Floor
We have a poured synthetic floor in our multi-purpose gym. We have really stuggled with this floor being very slippery. We keep it very clean but even then it becomes slippery very quickly. Has anyone else found a solution to a similar problem? Are there any sealants or finishes out there that would help make this floor have more grip.

Cleaning Rubber Mats
I have the rubber mats as my floor (available from a number of distributors). How do people clean it. It's tough to just vacuum and mopping doesn't quite pick up the dirt or dustballs. I have to sweep and sweeping with a push broom is not very efficient. Do some people use a quick and effective technique to clean rubber mat flooring?

Rules for Members
We are opening new clubhouse with indoor pool, spa, fitness center, etc. I am in the process of writing a "rule book" for members of the clubhouse. Does anyone have a "rule book" that I can review to use as a template to work from? If easier to call me at 505-450-2384.

Cleaning Gym Floors
In the past we have used a walk-behind auto scrubber to clean the floors in our two gyms. Physical resources has determined that we are no longer permitted to do this and must do the cleaning by hand (bucket and wet mop). The floor space is large and this method takes a great deal of time and leaves the floor streaked and dull. How do the staff in other recreation facilities take care of the cleaning of their gym floors? Thanks for the responses.

Advice wanted on concrete paint and/or coating
When we moved into our new facility our pool-deck was given a coat of paint, designed specifically for concrete application, but which has not stood the test of time.
Has anyone used a concrete paint/coating that lasts for several years in high-traffic aquatic environments?
If anyone has had concrete paint/coating removed, what method did you use, e.g., sand blasting/shocking, grinding? Would you recommend its use again?

Allocating grant money
Our school has just received a $10,000 grant for physical education. I would like to purchase a top-end treadmill and elliptical, however we do not have anywhere to place this equipment under lock and key. Without doubt, these pieces of equipment will be destroyed within 1 year if they are left out in the open. That being said, does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do with the grant money?
