With less than 30 seconds left in a game between the Otay Ranch Broncos and the Inland Empire Ducks, a fight among adults in attendance broke out in the stands.

Video of the brawl circulated on YouTube. You can view the video below:

According to KGTV-San Diego, the brawl resulted in league commissioner Cathy Luna removing both teams from the San Diego Youth Football & Cheer League.

Now, parents are threatening to sue, and players are staging protests. Parents are saying league’s actions unfairly punish kids.

“Punish kids for something that you know they had nothing to do with, it’s just not right,” said Brandon Duncan, who has a son who plays for Otay Ranch.

One of the teams involved, the Inland Empire Ducks, is based in Los Angeles. Some parents questioned why the L.A. team was allowed to play in a San Diego-based league in the first place.

While the team and parents are demanding answers from the league, they have not reportedly not gotten any response.
