Fans Cause More Violence in Europa League

Last week's Europa league's game in Rome led to violence from the Dutch fans damaging some monuments in the Italian capital. A friendly match between Holland and Italy is being arranged in a view to raise funds to cover the damages done by the Feyenoord fans.

A week later, the Dutch fans were at it again on their home turf, play was brought to halt just before the hour mark after a red card for Feyenoord’s Mitchell te Vrede sparked an angry reaction from the home supporters.

Egypt Charges Muslim Brotherhood, Ultras Over Soccer Violence Deaths

Egypt's public prosecutor said on Tuesday 16 people, including members of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood, were charged with killing and inciting violence in connection with the deaths of 19 soccer fans who clashed with security forces last month.

Teen Arrested at Lincoln Girls Basketball Game Charged with Domestic Violence

A teenager arrested during halftime at the Lincoln High School girls' basketball game against Ypsilanti High School on Friday has been arraigned on domestic violence charges.

Alex Chambers, 17, is charged with domestic violence and assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer.

Chambers was arrested on Feb. 27 during the girls and boys basketball doubleheader after police said he attempted to access a girls' locker room.

Dozens of Police Injured in Argentine Soccer Violence

An Argentine football stadium has been closed until the end of the year after stampeding fans injured 26 police - two critically - during a fourth-division match.
