Residents of a ritzy Flatiron condo building say their heads are spinning from the "bowling ball''-like thuds caused by trendy ground-floor tenant SoulCycle.
The condo owners at Altair 18 at 32 W. 18th St., whose pads cost up to $6.5 million, are suing the Manhattan-based fitness company, claiming that its raucous classes have caused "extreme degradation of their quality of life."
"I regularly hear and am disturbed by excessively loud and blaring music and the sound of the instructor's voice," resident Gabriella Knoll complained.
