Camden Blake Eades pleaded guilty and was sentenced Thursday for invasion of privacy and probation violations after he was caught filming five women on an iPhone while they were in tanning beds at a Planet Fitness location in Gainesville, Ga.

According to The Gainesville Times, Eades was sentenced to nine months behind bars followed by 10 years of probation. He will be given credit for time previously served.

"The female victims were recorded, without their consent, after they took off clothes in a private place, a tanning bed, which is out of public view," sergeant Kevin Holbrook said in July.

Eades was arrested on March 29, 2018, after a woman saw a phone in the room, grabbed it and notified police.

Following the original charge, Planet Fitness released a statement on the incident.

"At Planet Fitness the safety and privacy of our members is our No. 1 priority. The employee in question was immediately terminated, and the franchise owner is working closely with the local authorities to assist in the investigation in any way possible," the company said.

As part of his probation terms, Eades can have no contact with the five women and must avoid their homes, schools and workplaces. He must also avoid contact with anyone under the age of 16 who is not related by blood or marriage.

Eades will also be subject to the sex offender conditions of probation.
