Planet Fitness is challenging teens to get fit this summer with free access to the chain’s locations nationwide.

According to a press release, teenagers ages 15 to 18 can work out for free at any of Planet Fitness’ more 1,700 locations throughout the United States from May 15 through September 1 as part of the nationwide Teen Summer Challenge initiative.

Free fitness classes specifically for teenagers will also be available Monday through Friday via certified fitness trainers.

Teens who sign up by May 15 are automatically entered into Planet Fitness’ Scholarship Sweepstakes. The company will award 51 teens across all 50 states with $500 scholarship money, while one teen will receive $5,000.

The nationwide launch of the Teen Summer Challenge builds on a successful local program first launched last summer in New Hampshire, Planet Fitness' home state.
