Colorado Springs, COLORADO, March 29, 2017 - Early Registration opens on Monday, April 3 for the 2017 World Aquatic Health™ Conference (WAHC™) at thewahc.org. The three-day event, hosted by the National Swimming Pool FoundationⓇ (NSPFⓇ) is taking place at the Omni Interlocken in Broomfield, Colorado this October 18-20.

This scientific and educational conference is offering participants an early registration rate of $445 and can save attendees as much as $150 when purchased between April 3 and May 31. NSPF is also offering a special drawing for the first 100 registrations this year. Three prizes will be given out during the closing reception. Additionally, active NSPF Instructors will automatically receive a 15% discount on the purchase of the WAHC 2017 ticket.

Attendees will benefit from over fifty seminars being offered during this year’s conference. Tracks for 2017 will focus on Advanced Chemistry, Advanced Service Concepts, Health Benefits, Facility Management, Model Aquatic Health Code, New Industry Technology, Public Health, and Training for Business Growth. More than 400 experts and specialists convene at the WAHC to develop professionally, network with industry leaders, and help shape the future through aquatics. Yearly, attendees include pool operators, service technicians, aquatic managers, environmental health officials, academia, pool builders, health professionals, aquatic therapists, retailers, and manufacturers from many different countries.

This year’s opening keynote is Mr. Ryan Avery, a rousing motivational speaker. Friday morning’s keynote is Mrs. Amy Posey, she has worked closely with last year’s keynote, Dr. Wallace J. Nichols. Both Mr. Avery and Mrs. Posey will have workshops during the WAHC as well.

As always, the WAHC includes pre-and post-conference events for additional learning opportunities. In 2017, pre-conference events include the Biennial CMAHC Vote on the Code Conference, the second year of Aquatic Therapy Day, NSPF’s new Advanced Service TechnicianTM Course, and the ever-popular Insider’s Tour of local aquatic facilities. USA Swimming Regional Build a Pool Conference will take place after the WAHC closes. Other aquatic organizations also have the ability to host a meeting near the dates of the WAHC and can contact the Conference Team to schedule a room and time.

Convenient registration, seminar schedule, presenter bios, special conference events, and links to the hotel room reservation group rate can be found at thewahc.org. Registration from June 1- July 31 is priced at $495, while registration after August 1 is $595.

NSPF is also currently calling for sponsors for this year’s WAHC. Special benefits are provided to the sponsors for their continuous effort and support of the ever-growing and prestigious conference. The levels of sponsorship deliver different rewards, but every giving organization will receive at least one conference registration ($445 value), access to full attendee information, company logo on attendee materials and on the WAHC website until 2018, as well as recognition before the keynote addresses.

NSPF aims to offer unique opportunities to increase the benefits for the sponsors. These sponsorships help NSPF provide the best educational and engaging speakers, fun, food, and drinks throughout the conference. Advocate and Engager level sponsors are also provided ideally-located Table Tops to maximize visibility to attendees.

About the National Swimming Pool Foundation®
We believe everything we do helps people live healthier lives. Whether it’s encouraging more aquatic activity, making pools safer, or keeping pools open, we believe we can make a difference. NSPF® offers products and programs that are technically sound, convenient, and beautifully designed. In 2012, we launched the Step Into Swim™ Campaign, a 10-year initiative to create one million more swimmers. In 2016, to further their mission, NSPF combined forces with Genesis, an educational leader for builders of residential pools and spas. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Colorado Springs, CO., proceeds go to fund research and to help create swimmers. The National Swimming Pool Foundation has been keeping pools safe and open since 1965. Visit nspf.orggenesis3.com, or call 719-540-9119 to learn more.
