Minneapolis (Jan. 16, 2018) – Epoch Lacrosse, a U.S. design and technology company that specializes in lacrosse, proudly announces its partnership with the German Men’s National Lacrosse Team. As a result of the partnership, the athletes will be outfitted with Epoch’s latest gear, including the newest Dragonfly shaft, the Integra protective line and custom gear for the team’s current season and the 2018 FIL World Lacrosse Championship in Israel. Epoch has worked to understand the dynamics and forces present in the game of lacrosse, which has resulted in the creation of durable, reliable and high-performing products.

The German Men’s National Lacrosse Team will be playing with Epoch’s Dragonfly Eight Shaft. The eighth edition of the Dragonfly shaft debuts Surface Veil Technology (SVT), proven to maintain structural integrity, and comes in an exclusive carbon black color with silver decals for all athletes. SVT gives the Dragonfly Eight another layer of added protection through a layer of very thin fabric that is also used in military and aerospace manufacturing, wrapped on the outside of the carbon. When the SVT goes through the manufacturing process, it is heated to become part of the carbon fiber layup which boosts toughness on the field.

The team will also be playing with Epoch’s Integra Protective Line. The Integra Protective Line was created to maximize a player’s feel, design and control during a lacrosse game. The line includes gloves, arm and shoulder pads, and incorporates revolutionary features including Phase Change Technology, Tri-Layer Dual Density Foam Stack and flexible carbon fiber for lightweight, but effective protection.
