Finding New Ways to Work Together

SOURCE: LPA

In these difficult times, there is no such thing as “business as usual.” Our focus is on the health and safety of our team, family, friends, clients and industry partners. We are closely following the guidelines and recommendations of health agencies and will do everything possible to keep our community safe.

At the same time, we’re committed to providing the level of service and efficiency clients expect from us. LPA is open for business and working with our partners to make progress on projects. LPA teams are already experienced at remote access and virtual collaboration. In recent days, we’ve taken several steps to improve our communication and remote access capabilities with our staff in all six studios in California and Texas working remotely, with full access to resources, drawings and technical data.

Our leaders know there is a lot that must get done on on-going projects in the weeks ahead. Teams are already innovating to host facility master plan workshops, present materials via teleconference and get entitlement/permits through many state and local agencies who are implementing remote plan checks and approval procedures. In the weeks ahead, we are committed to adhering to project schedules and meeting deadlines.

We see this an opportunity to find new ways to innovate, improve our process and keep this economy moving. While there are many unknowns on the horizon, we remain focused on communicating, collaborating and doing our best work. Tough times bring out the best in all of us.
