MSCR Signs on As 100th Partner with Community Engagement Platform GoStrive

Madison, Wis. ­ January 21, 2014 --­ Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) has recently joined GoStrive as their 100th Parks and Recreation partner. GoStrive, a Wisconsin­based startup company, provides mobile event and activity search to organizations like MSCR, around the nation.

 

MSCR selected GoStrive to bring better community awareness, participation and registration to its diverse portfolio of program offerings, from after school programs to more surprising activities like pottery classes and cheese­making courses. Community members can now use the GoStrive mobile app to discover interesting events by category, facility, or by what their friends are signed up for. They can also Invite friends and family to participate and share their events on Facebook and Twitter.

The GoStrive app is now used by more than 100 agencies in 22 states. MSCR is one of many Wisconsin agencies on GoStrive, joining Middleton, Whitewater, and Lake Mills.
