COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (March 21, 2018) – Matrix Fitness, a recognized leader in exercise technology, is launching a new Intelligent Training Console that sets fitness facilities apart with an industry-best guided strength training experience. Available exclusively on the premium Ultra Series from Matrix, Intelligent Training Console makes it easy for those new to strength training to get started while helping enthusiasts who have plateaued find new ways to progress.

“Members begin by defining their physical transformation target and receiving step-by-step equipment instruction,” said Aaron Raulin, technology product integration manager at Matrix. “The intuitive interface makes it easy to identify their benchmark weight and start a personalized progression program. They’ll also be able to review previous workouts to chart their development, helping them maximize their results and reach their individual goals more efficiently than ever.”

Console Highlights

A guided training experience specific to “Endurance,” “Build” or “Strength” goals — complete with on-console demo videos to provide guidance on maintaining proper form for each exercise — is ideal for those new to strength training or experienced members struggling to progress.

Original progression-based programming developed in collaboration with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) helps members find a benchmark weight and provides 8–12 weeks of workouts to maximize results.

Workout history snapshot lets members quickly review past sessions and track overall progress from one strength training machine to the next, providing complete, quantifiable results to keep them motivated.

Dual user sign-in streamlines transitions between two alternating users and their specific strength training programs.

Matrix Connected Solutions is easily accessible with Intelligent Training Console, letting club owners customize the interface to represent their brand, connect members and trainers through Personal Trainer Portal, integrate member exercise data across cardio and strength platforms with Workout Tracking Network and get a 360-degree view of equipment status with Asset Management.

“Our digitally connected strength training experience truly is a complete solution,” added Raulin. “Members will get results that they can see in their workout feedback data and in the mirror, and owners will be able to use our suite of Connected Solutions to streamline the way they do business while tapping new revenue streams.”

The new Intelligent Training Console is set to launch at IHRSA and FIBO in the spring of 2018. For more information about Intelligent Training Console from Matrix Fitness, visit matrixfitness.com.
