Octane Fitness Again Named a Top 150 Workplace by Minneapolis Star Tribune

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – June 16, 2015 – For the second consecutive year, Octane Fitness, LLC, the leading brand of zero-impact cardiovascular equipment, was named by the Star Tribune newspaper as one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota. Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in the state, and this year, more than 2,100 companies were invited to participate, with responses to an employee survey from more than 69,100 employees at public, private and nonprofit organizations.

“Input from our team is what has earned us this award once again, and we are very proud of our unique environment at Octane Fitness that is comprised of a tight-knit, dedicated and high-achieving group of individuals,” said Dennis Lee, president and CEO of Octane Fitness.

Among small, midsized and large business, Octane was ranked 42nd on the small company list. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm on organizational health and employee engagement, administered the survey.
