Ramuc Pool Coatings is pleased to announce it is now providing several literature pieces in Spanish as well as English. Responding to customer feedback, RAMUC has learned that many service techs and retailers are bilingual and should have materials available in the language that meets their comfort level. More importantly, many specifiers, influencers and end users, both in the US and internationally, are native Spanish speakers and thus this new literature will help these individuals understand the features and benefits of each product. “Ultimately this literature alleviates the need for an ‘assisted sale’ as now users can select the best product for their needs directly from the Spanish-language literature,” explains Rebecca Spencer, Marketing Director at RAMUC. Ramuc translated additional literature into Spanish this year after receiving very favorable response to the translation of its full line catalog last year.
