The owner of a gymnastics and cheer gym in Delaware has been arrested and jailed after he allegedly had a sexual relationship with a teen employee at his facility.

Thomas Keaton, 31, faces several charges, including first-degree sexual abuse and fourth-degree rape.

According to an ABC affiliate in Philadelphia, Keaton owns Legends Elite Gym in Dover.

Police say Keaton had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old employee in 2023 from February to March.

Keaton turned himself in on Tuesday, and he is being held at a Delaware prison on $121k cash bail, according to authorities.

Investigators said they are only releasing limited information about the allegations at this time.
