This project is a renovation of a 55,000-sf existing 1950 building and 199,392-sf addition to provide diverse recreation activities and wellness/well-being services. The new light-filled central atrium extends the “campus walk” into the building. The addition includes 24,000-sf fitness and weights, 3-court gymnasium, indoor pool, and outdoor recreation suite.
