Situated on a 63-acre site adjacent to an established tennis center, this newly completed 12,000 sf recreation facility seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a vibrant community destination. The expansive social lobby, outdoor seating overlooking tennis and pickleball courts, modern locker rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bar, versatile multipurpose rooms, viewing balconies, and administrative spaces were all designed to support a wide range of recreational, social, and community programming.
Beyond the clubhouse, 12 cushioned pickleball courts - including six covered courts protected by a pre-engineered metal structure - and ten clay tennis courts with professional lighting for night play expand opportunities for active recreation. Since opening, these amenities have significantly increased community engagement by supporting daily recreational use, tournament play, and special events for players of all ages and abilities.
