East Carolina University unveiled new digs for the football team inside its Ward Sports Medicine building this week. The upgrades include a renovated locker room, team meeting areas, athletic training headquarters, an equipment room and a new football team lounge. The facility includes modernized graphics, new TVs and larger lockers. — ECUPirates.com
San Diego State also revealed a refurbished locker room for its football team this week. The six-and-a-half month renovation project included 115 custom lockers, a new Mondo floor, six 43-inch TV screens and more. The $2 million project was funded by donors and designed by Gensler. — GoAztecs.com
