The University of Louisville opened its new Flaker Family Pro Locker Room last week. One of only a few such facilities in the country, the 1,000-square-foot locker room provides former Cardinals whoāve since signed to MLB or MiLB contracts a pro locker room atmosphere. ā 247Sports.com
Vallejo (Calif.) High School unveiled its new Mark MuƱoz Performance Athletic Center. Named for former UFC fighter and Vallejo alum Mark MuƱoz, the 3,000-square-foot facility features athletic and weight training equipment, a turf field and audio visual equipment. Washington State University is moving forward with a $10 million baseball facility project, following approval from the schoolās board of regents. The school will make renovations to Bailey-Brayton Field, and construct a baseball clubhouse with a locker room, coaches offices, team meeting rooms, a players lounge and more. The University of Texasā UFCU Disch-Falk Field is getting a few cosmetic upgrades ahead of the upcoming season. The renovations include replacing the outfield scoreboard with a new video board, as well as renovations to the home team bullpen.
