Warriors' New Arena Offers Pricey Luxury

The NBA's Golden State Warriors are looking to take special care of their wealthiest fans when their new home opens in San Francisco.

In six months, the 18,000-seat Chase Center will open its doors. The arena will cost $1 billion and host everything from Warriors basketball to concerts and theater. Those with the means to do so can pick up some really nice perks.

Yahoo Sports reports the new venue will feature luxury suites that sit beneath the lower-level seats. The suites will be attended to by a butler.

Outside the suites, there's an exclusive courtside lounge and dining room, as well as a private wine cellar. Every suite will also have its own camera facing the court that will broadcast footage to an enormous video wall in the dining room of the suite itself.

These perks aren’t cheap. The suites will cost between $1 million and $2.5 million per year, which includes both basketball and non-basketball events. You’ll have to act fast if you’ve got your eye on one of these humble viewing abodes, as 30 of the 32 available suites have already been spoken for.
