Hinkle Fieldhouse Gets Facelift Ahead of Butler Basketball SeasonÂ
Indiana's basketball cathedral is receiving a modern makeover.
In-arena video and replays will look better than ever as the video board and other signage at Hinkle Fieldhouse are undergoing an upgrade ahead of the 2025-26 Butler basketball season.
The new video board is the first project under Butler's new media rights partnership with PlayFly Sports. The deal began in July and will last for 10 years. PlayFly Sports were the main partners behind the new video board. SNA Displays will manufacture and install the new displays.
The main aspect of the project is a 14-foot-tall LED video screen that connects four panels to create a 360-degree video surface. More than 2,700 square feet of LED video display will be added to Hinkle, along the baseline and courtside tables as well.

Greenacres Park Opens With New Playground, Splash PadÂ
Greenacres Park in Spokane Valley officially reopened with some brand new additions.
The park now features a larger playground with new equipment and a bigger splash pad. Dozens of families packed the park Friday morning for its grand reopening.
Greenacres now has new basketball and pickleball courts, with a new mini soccer pitch on the way courtesy of a donation from the Seattle Sounders.
