Take a tour through the Peter Courtney Health and Wellness Center at Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon.
The Peter Courtney Health and Wellness Center included a renovation of the Old Physical Educational building and an addition of nearly 80,000 square feet of academic, recreational, and athletic space in the spring of 2011. 
The Campus Recreation Department’s portion was 45,000 square feet, comprising a two-court gymnasium with elevated track, two racquetball courts, three multipurpose rooms, a 6,000-square-foot strength, cardiovascular and weight training area, a 40-foot high by 40-foot wide rock climbing wall, locker rooms, swimming pool updates, equipment check-out area and office spaces.
