A minor league baseball club is offering up its stadium on AirBnb, as regular operations have been suspended due to COVID-19.
The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes' stadium in Keizer, Ore., can now be rented for $1,000 a night. The venue is being pitched as a great place for youth or company retreats.
Renters can either lay out sleeping bags in the field or sleep in the same clubhouse where major league stars like Buster Posey, Tim Lincecum and Pablo Sandoval began their careers.
The stadium rental includes access to the clubhouse, 5,000 square feet of training space and four batting cages, as well as exclusive use of the baseball field.
According to the listing on AirBnb, the stadium has already booked a number of stays.
