The IDEA Health & Fitness Association's online Video Exercise Library www.ideafit.com/exercise-library recently debuted with 238 clips of strength, flexibility, core, balance, speed, agility and quickness exercises. Each video is about one minute in length and plays directly from the web site. A pair of well-known personal trainers, Keli Roberts and Anthony Carr, work with exercisers to demonstrate each exercise and explain various nuances and safety aspects, and the library can be searched by body region, body part, target muscle group and type of fitness equipment used. For example, "medicine ball" yields 24 results. IDEA officials plan to bolster the library with additional clips, making it a rich audiovisual resource for both fitness professionals and exercisers.
