At a reception yesterday in The Tiffany Green Room at the team's new stadium, the New York Jets ended a minicamp practice with the announcement that it is creating Jets Uncorked, a 2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that will reach stores in September. The team describes the wine as "bursting with ripe red and black fruit flavors and substantial but well integrated tannins. There's just enough French oak to add complexity without obscuring the purity of the fruit. The long spicy finish is an invitation to enjoy another sip â¦ and another Jets win."
