For the second year in a row, WhiteWater has been the recipient of the Canada’s Best Managed Companies award, a designation given to leading Canadian businesses for excellence in business performance. This recognition goes to companies that demonstrate superior business strategy, capability and commitment to achieving sustainable growth. “We reinvented our hiring process over the last few years with the goal to hire for attitude, character and values instead of solely for hard skills. Last year was an exceptional year for WhiteWater as they celebrated a record breaking number of awards. WhiteWater took home a grand total of 17 awards in 2015 celebrating everything from business excellence, to industry awards for product innovation and international project openings.
