Enhanced User Interaction, Improved Shopping Experience, and New Class Locator on nspf.org
Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 18, 2015 - The newly renovated website for the National Swimming Pool Foundation® (NSPF®) launched today, at the same URL of nspf.org.
The redesigned website will offer an overall enhanced user interaction, an easier shopping cart experience, and a new class locator application that will improve user engagement for students and instructors.
The updated website will benefit everyday users, account holders, and NSPF’s customer service team with an advanced account management system. Both new and returning customers will find a smoother and more direct website menu for faster guidance to the desired pages. Additionally, an improved blogging platform will disseminate valuable information to subscribers interested in aquatic content. Another helpful tool, NSPF’s ROI Calculator, can be used to determine a company's cost structure comparison between classroom and online training.
The shopping and checkout procedure has been improved by eliminating several steps between purchasing and completing an online course. Also, a more efficient navigation system will be available for NSPF Instructors to facilitate easier monitoring of accounts and purchases.
Students will have access to a convenient “Find a Class” function through nspf.org/course-locations. After a user provides a postal code, the closest courses will be listed on the easy-to-use map application. It will provide the location, course type, contact name, and the date of each posted course.
Customers who have recently purchased, but not yet completed, online courses will have access to the retiring website for up to six months. The old website, which will be hosted at nspfcart.eproacademy.org, will not permit any new purchases or user accounts to be created. All accounts and purchases will be made on nspf.org moving forward.
