Edmond Santa Fe High School Getting NFL Quality Synthetic Turf from UBU Sports for First Field

Downers Grove, Illinois – April 19, 2016 – Edmond (Okla.) Santa Fe High School will install the Speed S5-M Series synthetic turf system from UBU Sports®, the premier manufacturer and supplier of synthetic turf systems that optimize performance and improve safety, at its new $10 million football stadium, set to open this fall. Since 1924, the three Edmond high schools played at nearby Wantland Stadium at the University of Central Oklahoma, but for the first time, Edmond Santa Fe will play a home game actually on its home field. And not just on any surface, but the same playing surface in place across the NFL with teams such as the New York Giants, New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans as well as the San Francisco 49ers.
