Now based in Kelowna, it operates a full manufacturing facility, employs over 50 individuals, and plays a strong role in the local community, working with organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, United Way, the Kelowna Food Bank, and Salvation Army. Female leadership is not the exception in this organization—the company’s Managing Director and Director of Finance are both women—and plays a unique part of Waterplay’s corporate identity today.
