Silver Spring, MD, May, 31, 2017 – To address the need for more focused recruitment and provide added value to member companies, the Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA), announces today a new partnership with RISE Talent Acquisition.
RISE is a boutique search firm that provides personal attention with a dedicated focus on the sports and fitness industry. RISE specializes in securing middle to senior level positions in the areas of sales, merchandising, brand & product marketing, product management, design, development, and sourcing.
“In response to our company’s continuous growth, SFIA partnered with RISE Talent Acquisition to improve and facilitate the recruitment process,” said Tom Cove, SFIA president and CEO. “We’ve recently identified a need for additional leadership and are confident that RISE will enhance membership value and employ individuals that contribute to our company’s success.”

After working for several large and medium sized brands, Corpuz quickly realized there was a gap in the services being provided by many recruiting firms. With that in mind, he founded RISE Talent Acquisition in late 2015.
