August 1, 2017 – ORANGE, Conn. – The Edge Fitness Clubs today announces its expansion into the greater Philadelphia market, with four facilities set to open in western New Jersey by winter 2018. Amassing 150,000 members at thirteen fitness centers across Connecticut in thirty years, The Edge has earned a reputation as a premium health club with an abundance of amenities, designed to offer something for everyone at every fitness level – and at a reasonable price. Two of the newest clubs will be in Gloucester county: Washington Township and Deptford will open this fall and winter, respectively, and are currently holding a membership pre-sale with discounted rates ($10 down and $9.99 to join). Cherry Hill, a Camden county New Jersey location, will be unveiled in early winter 2018, with the same pre-sale discounts as the Gloucester county fitness centers. A fourth New Jersey location will open in Delran also in early winter 2018.
