Global fitness leader Les Mills has partnered with UNICEF in support of Move the World, a collaborative effort to provide clean water to children and their families in East Africa. Les Mills is leading the fundraising efforts by organizing a global fitness event on November 18, in honor of UNICEF’s World Children’s Day on November 20.
Les Mills is mobilizing their 19,000 gym partners and 130,000 Instructors to promote and run Workout for Water events at their facilities, and all proceeds will go directly to UNICEF. The commitment to creating innovative content that Les Mills is known for is central to Workout for Water. Gyms are excited to attract current and new members by providing an exclusive Les Mills experience, while raising vital funds to help UNICEF bring safe water supplies to the world’s poorest nations.
This global initiative has the ability to impact and change millions of lives, and with major celebrity support from Hugh Jackman and others, Workout for Water will be the biggest fitness event in history.
