Aktiv Solutions Australia is the exclusive distributor of Aktiv products in Australia and New Zealand, headed up by managing director Ross Barbour. A 3,500-square-meter warehouse in Sydney is home to a new Aktiv “Center of Excellence” showroom designed to drive education and sales of functional fitness storage, suspension, floor & wall graphics, and accessories.

Barbour has extensive experience in the fitness space and understands the challenges functional fitness facilities face in the region. He has successfully installed numerous award-winning facilities and has built two start-up companies in the Australian fitness market. Barbour is originally from Scotland, where he had a distinguished career as a Physical Training Instructor within the British Commandos.
